1 Acceptance of Terms

• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method registered in your own name and linked to your 4999bet account.

• Withdrawals requested during peak hours may occasionally take slightly longer, but 4999bet aims to process all requests within 15 minutes.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on 4999bet use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) that have been independently audited for fairness. The RTP (Return to Player) percentage displayed on each game is accurate and reflects the game's long-term payout rate.

• Game outcomes are determined by the RNG at the moment a bet is placed. Results cannot be influenced by 4999bet or by any player action after the bet is confirmed.
• In the event of a technical fault during a game round, the round will be voided and the stake returned to the player's balance.
• Live dealer game results are final once the dealer announces the outcome. Disputes must be raised within 24 hours of the game round in question.
• 4999bet reserves the right to void bets placed on games that were affected by a technical error that gave players an unfair advantage.

7 Prohibited Conduct

8 Account Suspension & Closure

4999bet reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time. In most cases, this will only happen where a player has violated these Terms and Conditions. Where an account is closed due to a breach, any bonus funds will be forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned to the player after any investigation is complete, unless the funds are connected to fraudulent activity.

• Players may close their own account at any time by contacting support. Any remaining balance will be withdrawn to the player's registered payment method.
• Accounts that have been inactive for 12 months may be subject to an inactivity fee of ৳100 per month. Players will be notified before any fee is applied.
• Self-excluded accounts cannot be reopened during the exclusion period. After the exclusion period ends, players must contact support to reactivate their account.
